"We first dealt with LB Telecom Ltd back in April 2015 as a result of ongoing issues with our previous suppliers Zen Internet & Chess Telecom. At the time we were having ongoing issues with internet drop out and line issues with the two suppliers both trying to pass the buck over responsibility. At the same time we were in the process of securing new premises and decided that we would move all provision to one centralised provider who could deal with any issues and be responsible for rectifying them. We contacted LB Telecom Ltd on the recommendation of Mike Moores who operated the Driver Hire Franchise for Manchester & Oldham and had recently moved his operation over to them. After an initial meeting with Lawrence we then arranged for them to come along with us to the site visit for our proposed new premises to confirm our requirements and any cable installations that would be required to meet our needs. Lawrence and Mitchell both attended the site visit and provided us with a comprehensive quote and the amount of time that they would need to carry out the works. Unfortunately the landlord pulled out of the deal at the last minute and we had to find alternative premises. As we already had our main requirements confirmed when we secured new premises Mitchell came to the new site and we confirmed the locations of where we required the broadband and telecoms lines to be located, and the cabling and sockets to be fitted for all our computers, printers and telephones. When we had completed the refit of the premises Mitchell and his team of engineers came to site and carried out the work to a high standard and ensured everything was good to go before we moved all out IT kit to site. We have now been with LB Telecom Ltd for three years and I rate the service we receive very highly. Any issues we have had with Internet drop outs are followed up and explanations of where the issue stems from provided along with an expectation of when these can be resolved. Mitchell has also visited site at short notice to check If any issue stems from any of our onsite equipment, notably the Draytek router and brought one to test the system to keep us up and running. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the service if you wanted to get in touch. I would add that while there may be alternative providers who may quote you a slightly cheaper price I would be happy to pay a little extra for the lengths they go to ensure we are able to keep our business contactable and our systems running."
